Shipping policy

All orders ship from our United States fulfillment center.

Domestic (US): Orders ship via standard ground service through our 3PL partner.

International orders (UK, EU, Canada, Australia, Brazil): International shipments may be processed by your country's customs authority and can incur import VAT, customs duties, and local handling or processing fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the customer's responsibility. Kodama Tales cannot calculate or prepay these fees.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge that you may be required to pay additional charges before your package is released for delivery.
